Design and build
One contract covers concept, detailed design, approvals, execution and handover. One team is accountable for cost, quality and time.

We execute drawings from your architect or interior designer and manage all trades on site.

How we deliver an interior project
Brief and site visit, space plan and concept, detailed design and BOQ, approvals, execution with weekly progress reports, furniture, IT and AV installation, then snagging and handover. A typical office fit-out takes about 2–4 weeks of design, 2–3 weeks of approvals and 6–12 weeks of construction.
Approve, then build
Layouts, 3D views, material samples and the BOQ are signed off before execution starts.
Documented handover
Punch-list closure, deep cleaning, as-built drawings, warranties and post-handover support.
